·The furnace body consists of a reduction section, a slow cooling section, and a cooling section, and the length of each section can be determined according to user needs.
·The import and export material ports adopt roller seals, which have good sealing performance and low air consumption.
·The reduction section furnace adopts OCr25Ni20Si2 (US grade 310S) heat-resistant metal, and the transmission steel strip material adopts Cr17Ni12 (US grade 316) or 1Cr18Ni9Ti
·The insulation material for the restoration section adopts high-quality heat-resistant fiber blankets that can withstand high temperatures of 1250 ℃.
·Rod shaped electric heating element, easy to repair and replace.
·The flow rate of the restored protective atmosphere is controlled by a flow meter and can be manually adjusted.
·The furnace temperature control adopts an imported intelligent instrument with no overshoot P.I.D expert algorithm, which controls the heating power through a zero crossing triggered high-power module.
·The cooling section adopts a water jacket cooling method. When the water temperature exceeds the set value, the cooling water flow rate will be automatically increased to lower the water temperature.
·There is an atmosphere under pressure alarm system that can emit sound and light alarm signals when the atmosphere does not reach the set pressure value.
·The steel belt transmission system adopts imported variable frequency drive with stepless speed regulation, which runs smoothly and has good protection performance.
·The electrical control cabinet adopts a fully enclosed type to prevent conductive dust from entering. There is also a control cabinet heat exchanger or control cabinet air conditioner in the cabinet, which can reduce the working environment temperature of electrical components and improve the reliability of the electrical control system.
