During the storage process, grains can often suffer losses of over 5% due to factors such as dryness, pest infestations, and mold growth. Cold negative pressure ventilation and cooling of grain piles is to fully utilize the "cold core" of the grain pile itself, combined with the heat dissipation of the axial flow fan at the top of the warehouse and the supplement of cold sources through the ventilation openings of the storage cooling machine, to create negative pressure in the grain pile, control and balance the temperature of the upper layer of the grain pile, effectively solve the hot spots caused by "cold core and hot skin", prevent or eliminate water transfer, stratification, condensation, and eliminate odors inside the grain pile to suppress the development of pest populations, reduce water loss in the grain pile, ensure good quality of grain storage safety, and achieve the requirements of "three highs" (high quality, high nutrition, high efficiency) and "three lows" (low loss, low pollution, low cost). It is an economical and effective method of grain storage.
