□ Motor standard -

Made according to international standard specifications, CRELEC high-voltage blowers are directly driven by two pole motors with IP55, F-class insulation below 2HP, and H-class insulation above 3HP. UL&CE certification is required.

1、 Usage requirements

1. The inlet temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 ℃.

2. The particulate matter content in the medium shall not exceed 100mg/m3, and the maximum particle size shall not exceed half of the minimum working gap.

3. The bearing temperature during operation shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil degree shall not exceed 65 ℃.

4. The pressure used shall not exceed the pressure range specified on the nameplate or the pressure range specified in the performance table of this manual.

5. The clearance between the fan impeller and the casing, as well as between impellers, has been adjusted before leaving the factory. When reassembling, this clearance must be ensured. (Excessive clearance affects performance. Insufficient clearance can cause friction and collision due to thermal expansion.)

6. When the blower is running, the oil levels in the main and auxiliary oil tanks must be between the two meridians of the oil level gauge.
