purpose

Test load, used for GB 9706.1 overload testing.

Technical Requirements

1. Aluminum profile wrapped frame, equipped with brake wheels.

2. Removable and replaceable aluminum shell resistor resistance:

(1) 1.0 Ω, 1.5 Ω, 2.2 Ω, 3.3 Ω, 4.7 Ω, 6.8 Ω, in two groups, with a power of 6000W for each resistor;

(2) 10 Ω, 15 Ω, 22 Ω, 33 Ω, 47 Ω, 68 Ω, in two groups, with a power of 3000W for each resistor;

(3) 100 Ω, 150 Ω, 220 Ω, 330 Ω, 470 Ω, 680 Ω, in one set, with a power of 3000W for each resistor.

3. The lead length of each resistor is 1 meter, and a 4mm safety sheathed high-voltage banana plug (lantern head, including socket) is welded.

4. Equipped with a resistor short-circuit hub and using a 4mm banana interface.

5. There should be sufficient heat dissipation gap between each resistor.
