2、 Technical requirements
1. The test mold should have sufficient rigidity to withstand the pressure generated during the molding and vibration of the specimen, without deformation. The inner wall should be flat and smooth, and the surface should be free of defects such as damage, pores, rust, etc. The fastening bolts should be effective.
2. The allowable deviation of the internal dimensions of the trial mold is ± 0.2% of the nominal size and shall not exceed 1mm
3. Each adjacent surface should be perpendicular to each other, and the non perpendicularity should not exceed ± 0.2 degrees.
4. The flatness error of the inner surface and positioning surface of the trial mold shall not exceed 0.04mm within every 100mm.
5. The specifications are 150 × 150 × 150mm and 100 × 100 × 100mm, and the gap between the connecting surfaces after assembly should not exceed 0.1mm.
Verification regulations for concrete test molds (self calibration)

Overview
Concrete test mold is a model used for forming test specimens in the strength testing method of cement concrete, and its structural dimensions should comply with the "Concrete Test Mold"
The requirements of JC3019-1994.
Technical Requirements
1. The test mold should have sufficient rigidity to withstand the pressure generated during the molding and vibration of the specimen without deformation. The inner wall should be flat and smooth, and the surface should be free of defects such as damage, pores, rust, etc. The fastening screw should be effective, and the joint after assembly should meet the requirements.
2. Non cylindrical trial mold:
⑴ The allowable deviation of the internal dimensions of the trial mold is ± 0.2% and shall not exceed 1mm
⑵ Each adjacent surface should be perpendicular to each other, and the angle between adjacent surfaces should be within 90 °± 0.3 °.
The inner surface of the test mold should be smoothed and polished, with a roughness Ra of 3.2 μ m
The flatness tolerance of the pressure bearing surface of the test specimen shall not exceed 0.0005d (where d is the side length).
After assembly, the gap between the connecting surfaces should not exceed 0.2mm
3. Cylinder trial mold
The inner diameter error of the trial mold should be less than d/200 and less than 1mm; the height error should be less than h/100 and less than 1mm
The longitudinal axis of the cylinder should be perpendicular to the base plate, with a tolerance of ± 0.5 ° allowed.
The flatness tolerance of the test mold base plate shall not exceed 0.02mm
Three inspection tools
1. Depth vernier caliper: reading accuracy of 0.02mm
2. Steel ruler: measuring range of 300mm, division value of 1mm; measuring range of 1000mm, division value of 1mm
3. Vernier angle ruler: 0-320 ° reading accuracy 2 '(0.033 °)

Four inspection items and verification methods
1. Verification of internal dimensions of the trial mold
Non cylindrical test molds should be inspected with a three use vernier caliper with a reading accuracy of 0.02mm. The length should be measured at two positions in the width direction, and the average value should be taken; The width should be measured at two ends in the length direction, and the average value should be taken; Measure two values of depth at the two ends in the length direction and take the average.
The cylindrical test mold is checked with a three use vernier caliper with a reading accuracy of 0.02mm. The inner diameter of the test cylinder is checked separately at the upper and lower ends. During the inspection, the diameter is measured once every 120 ° rotation angle, and the average value is taken; Measure the height in four directions symmetrically crossing the inner diameter of the test tube, and take the average value.
2. Check the vertical tolerance of each contact surface on the inner wall using a vernier angle ruler.
3. The plane tolerance of the pressure bearing surface is checked using a steel ruler and a feeler gauge.
4. Verification of surface roughness of the working face. The surface roughness is checked using standard sample blocks.
5. After assembly, check the gap between the connecting surfaces with a feeler gauge.
Handling of Five Verification Results
1. The trial mold must meet all technical requirements in order to be qualified.
