1、 Overview

The concrete compression test mold is tested according to the "Test Method for Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete"GB/T50081—2002The test mold used for forming test blocks in the compressive strength test of cubes.

2、 Technical requirements

1. The test mold should have sufficient rigidity to withstand the pressure generated during the molding and vibration of the specimen, without deformation. The inner wall should be flat and smooth, and the surface should be free of defects such as damage, pores, rust, etc. The fastening bolts should be effective.

2. The allowable deviation of the internal dimensions of the trial mold is ± 0.2% of the nominal size and shall not exceed 1mm

3. Each adjacent surface should be perpendicular to each other, and the non perpendicularity should not exceed ± 0.2 degrees.

4. The flatness error of the inner surface and positioning surface of the trial mold shall not exceed 0.04mm within every 100mm.

5. The specifications are 150 × 150 × 150mm and 100 × 100 × 100mm, and the gap between the connecting surfaces after assembly should not exceed 0.1mm.
