LUV Waterproof Material UV Aging Test Chamber

Purpose:

This product can be used in industries such as architectural coatings and paints for UV aging of objects. This product complies with the JC-500-92 standard of the National Building Materials Administration.

Working conditions:

This product works normally under the following environmental conditions:

  1. The air temperature is between 2-40 ℃

  2. The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85%;

  3. No strong vibration corrosive gas.

Product Structure:

The shell of this product is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the working chamber is made of stainless steel plate. Rock wool is filled between the shell and the working chamber as insulation material. The electric heater device is located below the working chamber, with an air inlet at the bottom. Cold and hot air flows through the air duct, and superheated gas is discharged through the top exhaust device. Therefore, the temperature uniformity in the studio is good.

The temperature control is controlled by a digital temperature controller, and the timing control is controlled by a digital time relay.
