working principle
This machine consists of a crusher, a cyclone separator, and a pulse separator; It consists of several parts such as a dust removal box and a fan. This machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to cause the crushed material to undergo tooth impact, friction, and mutual interaction between the materials; The crushed material is obtained by hitting it in the middle. The crushed material is subjected to the centrifugal force of rotation and the gravitational force of the fan. It enters the cyclone separator for separation, and then the dust enters the pulse after passing through the fan; The dust removal box is recycled through a filter cartridge. The fineness of the powder is adjusted using a sieve. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards and made of stainless steel material, with no dust flying during the production process.
