usage method:

1. Measure the thickness of the specimen using a prescribed thickness gauge in a standard environment.

2. Take two samples of 100 × 50/50 × 100mm in both the horizontal and vertical directions of the sample.

3. Bend the weather resistant surface of the sample outward by 180 degrees, so that the 50mm wide edges overlap and are level, and ensure that there is no misalignment,

(The edges can be fixed with positioning clips or 10mm wide adhesive tape).

4. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower plates of the bending analyzer to three times that of the tested coil, then flip the upper and lower plates of the bending analyzer open and place the two pieces in the same direction

The sample is placed on the lower plate of the bending instrument, with the overlapping side facing the axis and aligned with the scale line.

5. Put the whole into a low-temperature box and maintain it at the specified temperature for 1 hour. Then, within 1 second, flip the upper plate down to the adjusted spacing position and maintain it for 1 second before taking out the sample.

6. After the temperature is restored to room temperature, observe whether the bend of the sample is broken, or use a magnifying glass to observe whether the Lamian Noodles at the bend of the sample is cracked.
