Introduction:

The wireless smart water meter is an intelligent water meter independently developed by our company based on NB-IOT communication. It has functions such as water measurement, valve control, and remote monitoring. It adopts NB IoT modulation technology, follows the NB-IOT communication wireless transmission protocol, and is used in conjunction with a data gateway to achieve remote monitoring or intelligent management. Adopting low-power design and remote control of valve switches, it can be combined with the upper computer meter reading system to establish a remote automatic meter reading management system, truly realizing meter reading automation.

Technical parameters of wireless intelligent water meter:

(1) Support communication relay function. When there is a signal difference or unstable communication between the water meter and the concentrator installed on site, a relay can be added to ensure stable data upload. The relay is installed and used immediately;

(2) Communication is stable, and the water meter reports data at least once a day. If data reporting fails, it can be delayed and repeated multiple times to ensure that the data can reach the data center;

(3) RF spread spectrum technology, RF transceiver chip, high communication success rate;

(4) Through an advanced power management system, energy consumption is minimized to the greatest extent possible. The wake-up time and mode of the water meter RF module can be flexibly set to further manage energy consumption;

(5) In the actual communication process, the anti-interference ability is strong, data communication is encrypted, and the wireless smart water meter adopts secure encryption methods for external communication to ensure that the internal flow, amount (prepaid valve control) and other related user data of the water meter are not maliciously monitored or tampered with;

(6) For water meters with valve control function, remote valve opening and closing can be achieved;

(7) Real time meter reading or receiving water meter data, reflecting users' water usage status in real time, facilitating analysis of usage during designated time periods, daily usage, and monthly usage;

(8) The RF module of the water meter has flexible wake-up time, ultra-low power consumption, and a battery life of over 10 years for the water meter;

(9) The rain protection level is IP6/8, and the water meter production adopts multiple sealing protection. The electronic module is protected by advanced nano coating technology and fully sealed with glue to ensure that the water meter can still maintain a long service life in harsh environments.
