Characteristic introduction:

Worker IntegraA desktop leak detection instrument with single channel to 4-channel, high resolution (as low as 0.0001 PSIG), small footprint, user-friendly interface, and easy to operate system. It can complete positive or vacuum pressure attenuation leak testing, flow rate and blockage testing, and is suitable for non porous, flexible or rigid materials. This instrument supports positive/negative pressure testing range of 15~150 PSI, or flow rate range of 10sscm~10lpm.

Color touch screen display

The design of the color touch screen is very simple and easy to operate, and can achieve functions such as data processing and data browsing. Users can select multiple testing modes, set parameters, browse experimental results, and experiment graphs through simple and clear icons.

program

Worker Integra is used by users to set experimental parameters through a touch screen and store them as a program, while also tracking the original code, user information, and other important information. The program can be associated with other specific projects to confirm testing efficiency and accuracy under batch testing conditions. Worker Integra can store up to 100 programs and can be accessed and used at any time.

Test results

All test results stored in the data day can be easily searched and browsed. Advanced communication functions such as data storage or remote control of instruments can be achieved through RS-232 or USD ports. Data can be exported to USB devices and supports Lan connection for data browsing, instrument control, and other operations.Worker IntegraSimultaneously meet the requirements of FDA CFR21 Part 11 regulations.
