Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected simultaneously, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for drying materials with a high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only cyclone separator is needed. For small granular and powdery materials with a low specific gravity, bag filter is required, and pneumatic feeding device and leather belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower to come into contact with the solid material through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector group and bag filter to recover solid powder and then discharged.
Steam, electric, and hot air stoves can all be equipped (according to user requirements).
(1) Working principle:
Wedge shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat medium flows through the blades through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area within a unit effective volume is large, and the heat medium can be water vapor, hot water, or thermal oil. The heat transfer medium flows through the shell jacket and hollow stirring shaft through the rotary joint. The hollow stirring shaft has different internal structures according to the type of heat medium to ensure good heat transfer effect.
Steam is introduced into the blades and jacket for heating, and at the same time, heated dry air is introduced into the upper part of the discharge port for further drying, greatly increasing the drying intensity of the equipment. The evaporated moisture is carried out of the dryer by the exhaust gas, and the humid air is discharged outdoors by the induced draft fan.
1) Low energy consumption of blade dryer: Due to indirect heating, it does not carry a large amount of air to take away heat, resulting in high thermal efficiency
2) The blade dryer has a huge heat transfer surface per unit effective volume, which shortens processing time and reduces equipment size. We have minimized the building area and space as much as possible.
3) Wide range of material processing: using different media, it can handle both thermosensitive materials and high-temperature materials. Common media include: steam, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water (during cooling), etc. It can operate continuously or intermittently and can be applied in many fields.
4) Low environmental pollution: carrying very little air and carrying very little dust material. For materials that are contaminated or require solvent recovery, closed-loop circulation can be used.
5) Low operating costs: The device operates normally with only 1 person per day. Low speed stirring and reasonable structure. The wear and tear is small, and the maintenance cost is very low.
6) Stable operation: Due to the special compression expansion stirring effect of the wedge-shaped blade, the particle composition of the material comes into contact with the heat transfer surface. In the axial range, the temperature, humidity, and mixing temperature gradient of the material are very small, and the heat transfer coefficient is large.
