Overview
The XPQ2 intelligent dual power automatic transfer switch is mainly composed of two XPM1 series circuit breakers with high segmentation capability and our company's self-developed dual power automatic transfer switch controller. It is suitable for Class I loads and some Class II loads that are not allowed to be cut off in high-rise buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, fire protection, chemical, metallurgical, military facilities with rated voltage of 400V, 50Hz and rated current of 800A and below. It completes the automatic power transfer of the dual circuit power supply system, thereby ensuring the reliability of power supply for important users.

Normal working conditions

  

The installation altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.

2. The upper limit of the ambient temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed+35 ℃.

3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃, and at a lower temperature, there can be higher humidity; When the monthly average low temperature of the wettest month is+25 ℃, the average relative humidity is 90%, and special measures should be taken to consider the condensation that may occur on the surface of the product due to humidity changes;

4. The medium has no explosive hazard, and there is no gas or dust that can corrode or damage the insulation.

5. Places without significant shaking or impact vibration.

When wiring, the common power supply N should be connected to the common power supply executing circuit breaker QN, and the backup power supply R should be connected to the backup power supply executing circuit breaker QR. When QN and QR are four pole circuit breakers, the wiring method should follow the wiring diagram, where QN and QR's 1, 3, and 5 are three-phase incoming terminals, 2, 4, and 6 are three-phase outgoing terminals, 7 is the neutral incoming terminal, and 8 is the neutral outgoing terminal. If a three pole circuit breaker is selected, the neutral wire NN of the common power supply (N) and the neutral wire NR of the backup power supply (R) must be connected to the three pole dedicated wiring zero terminal at the same time. Please refer to the wiring diagram for specific instructions.

3. Users of this product do not need to make any changes, otherwise it may cause damage to the product.

4. The load capacity cannot exceed the rated position of the switch, otherwise it will cause the product switch to trip or burn out.

5. It is not allowed to mistakenly connect the neutral wire (N) to the phase wire. When using a three pole circuit breaker for both circuit breakers, the neutral wires of the common power supply NN and the backup power supply NR should be connected to the first pin (N) of the wiring terminal KG at the same time, otherwise it will cause damage to the switch. The grounding wire should be reliably connected to ensure safe use.

6. It cannot be directly installed for outdoor work, otherwise it will shorten the service life or cause adverse reactions.

7. It cannot be directly installed in flammable, explosive, humid, direct sunlight, high temperature, vibration, impact and other places, otherwise it will shorten the service life or cause product combustion and explosion.

8. It cannot be directly installed in places with conductive dust or metal wire intrusion, otherwise it will cause product damage or mechanical failure.

9. All requirements in the sample should be met, otherwise the service life will be shortened.
