This design utilizes an eccentric valve plate and a bias shaft to integrate a flexible lip sealing system into a lightweight and compact valve body. As a result, in many cases, valves can replace globe valves and gate valves, but with simpler operation, longer duration, and lower cost.

The significant performance of this valve makes it widely used in airport refueling, hydrocarbon treatment, HVAC, air treatment, chemical treatment, gas purification, steam and vacuum services, drinking water, powder and pulp processing, and many other applications.

The clamp design makes the valve easy to connect between flanges and saves pipeline length.
