1. The BOD testing device can be operated unattended:
The standard five-day dilution method requires tedious sample preparation and operation to obtain reliable results, a microcomputer controlled BOD testing device, and a simplified BOD method. You can quickly and accurately complete important tests, and the entire device operation process can be unattended.
2. Easy to use and effective:
The operator only needs to simply add the measured sample and BOD nutrient buffer to the BOD bottle, connect the bottle to the pressure sensor of the microprocessor control device, select a suitable range from the four ranges, and the BOD testing device can complete the subsequent tests. After the sample temperature stabilizes, the device begins to read the BOD value and store it in the instrument's memory. It is recorded every 15 minutes and can be tested for a period of 5 or 10 days.
3. Effective and complete analysis:
During the BOD measurement process, the sensitive pressure probe of the BOD testing device continuously monitors the changes in oxygen consumption of the sample. The instrument directly measures the BODmg/L concentration without calculation or extrapolation, and uses a pressure probe to avoid the use of mercury pressure gauges and dissolved oxygen measurements.
4. The BOD testing device electronically stores measurement data and updates the results. The rate of B O D change can be detected on the LCD display screen at any time during testing. It can store 480 points of data during measurement.
