Usage description

When the suction pipe is not filled with liquid, the pump lifts the liquid through automatic pumping. Suitable for extracting liquids from underground containers.

Common damage situations

(1) Graphite bearings, shaft sleeves, and thrust plates are damaged due to dry wear or lubricant shortage.

(2) Damaged stator and rotor shielding sleeves

The main reason for the damage of the shielding sleeve is that the bearing is damaged or worn beyond the limit value, causing the stator and rotor shielding sleeves to rub against each other and be damaged; Secondly, chemical corrosion causes leaks in welds and other areas.

(3) Stator winding damage

In addition to the reasons for stator winding damage such as overload, turn to turn short circuit, and ground breakdown, which are the same as ordinary motors, there are also reasons for insulation damage caused by dielectric erosion of the motor winding due to damage to the stator shielding sleeve. The V-bearing and shaft sleeve are the only vulnerable parts of the shielded pump. The operating conditions of these parts must remain stable during pump operation!
