working principle
The machine consists of a feeding hopper, a grading wheel, a grinding blade, a ring gear, a grinding motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, an aggregate box, a vacuum box, and other parts. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed by a high-speed rotating blade. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading disc is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. The high-speed rotating fan blades guide the materials that meet the requirements from the crushing chamber to the aggregate box bag, while the materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust generated by the aggregate box bag is collected by the vacuum box. The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standard, with a simple structure, easy operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. The machine is made of stainless steel material, and there is no dust flying during the crushing process.
