Main purpose
Nowadays, most pharmaceutical factories rely on manual loading for V-type mixers and 3D motion mixers, which results in high labor intensity for workers and dust spillage, making it impossible for production workshops to pass GMP certification. The FH type mixer automatic feeding machine developed by our company has completely solved this problem. It does not require external vacuum or compressed air, and both powder and granular materials can automatically enter various mixers.
The machine consists of a suction nozzle, a bag filter, a vibration cleaner, and a vacuum pump. The entire system is designed reasonably, manufactured beautifully, easy to disassemble, and meets GMP requirements.
