It provides corresponding excitation current to the slip motor according to the speed command signal, and converts the speed of the slip motor into a voltage signal through the speed measuring generator, which is fed back to the regulator of the device itself to achieve speed stability

The ZLK-10 slip clutch controller control device is the main component of the automatic control of the electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as the slip motor). It provides corresponding excitation current to the slip motor according to the speed command signal, and converts the speed of the slip motor into a voltage signal through the speed measuring generator, which is fed back to the regulator of the device itself to achieve speed stability. By changing the speed command signal, the motor can achieve stepless speed regulation. Its structure is a small box made of steel plate, which meets the dust protection level of IP5X, and contains integrated circuit voltage stabilizing power supply, speed regulator, controllable silicon excitation device of phase-shifting trigger, etc. The bottom of the control box is equipped with a serial box and a 15 core external lead plug socket. This controller is only applicable to slip motors and not suitable for ordinary motors.
