If any of these requirements are met, the installation site should be replaced or adjusted through other means, otherwise it will affect the performance of the testing equipment, and serious problems may also lead to equipment failure.

2. During the testing period, the operating requirements in the manual must be followed. Do not operate without authorization. Samples that are corrosive or contain flammable and explosive substances are not allowed to be placed in the workshop for testing.

3. After each test, we will drain the water from the equipment and then dry the workshop. If there is no need to continue testing after the testing room, ensure that the equipment is always in a dry state, and then cut off the power supply of the equipment.

4. If the dissolution apparatus cannot be used for a long time, please clean and maintain it, then cut off the power and cover the equipment with a plastic cover to prevent dust from entering. In addition, it should be noted to power on the equipment at regular intervals during the shutdown period to avoid unstable performance when the equipment is powered on again for testing.

Precautions for using the automatic dissolution apparatus:

1. When cleaning and replacing the water in the water bath, pull down the outlet pipe plug at the bottom left, and then insert the randomly connected outlet pipe plug end into the nozzle socket for drainage. After cleaning, reinstall the original outlet pipe;

2. ; After the temperature control state is activated, if the water in the water bath does not circulate and there is air in the water pump, the pipeline and nozzle should be immediately removed;

3. The power supply should be grounded and well grounded;

4. The water level in the water bath should be kept slightly higher than the liquid level in the dissolution cup, otherwise it will affect the test results;

5. When there is no water in the water bath, it is forbidden to start the temperature control state, otherwise the heater will be damaged

6. Do not use organic solvents to clean the shell of the Hao instrument.
