0 Introduction

On July 1, 2025, Jiangxi Province officially implemented a new version of the time of use electricity pricing policy, dividing daily electricity consumption periods into "five periods and multiple seasons", and expanding the price difference between peak and off peak periods. The fluctuation ratio of peak and off peak electricity prices reached ± 60%, and the price of deep valley electricity was reduced by 70% compared to the normal period.
