DH-FCT magnetic explosion-proof indicator is a ground judgment instrument used to determine whether the pipeline cleaner passes through during the cleaning of oil, gas, water and other transportation pipelines. It is flexible and convenient to install and disassemble, and can meet the requirements of various pipelines for indicators. Simply fix the indicator around the outer wall of the pipeline to work, solving the problems of mechanical indicators that are prone to ignition, mechanical failures, non explosion prevention, affecting the accuracy of ball passing judgment, and electronic interference that may cause false alarms and omissions.

The composition of magnetic explosion-proof indicator. It consists of an explosion-proof remote display mechanism TZS (LCD with heating function, recording passage time, storing memory 100 times, remote transmission, explosion-proof mark Exd Ⅱ BT4, protection level IP65) and a sensing mechanism YY-FCT, a detachable card mounting mechanism, connecting wires, and extension rods (if necessary, generally used for buried pipelines).

The core sensing mechanism of the magnetic explosion-proof indicator is composed of a reverse magnetic resistance circuit, a balanced amplifier circuit, a low-pass filter circuit, a trigger circuit, a CPU, etc., matched with a remote transmission switch circuit, a display circuit, and a reset circuit.

Usage characteristics:

When the product is in operation, when a magnetic cleaner passes through, it displays the time of the cleaner's passage and transmits a switch signal remotely for the cleaning process control center to understand the operation of the cleaner. The display mechanism also stores the number of passes and time, with a memory count of 99 times.
