1、 Product Introduction
Seed air purifier, also known as seed hair dryer, isBased on the aerodynamic behavior (floating velocity) of material particles in airflow,A device developed using microelectronic control technology for seed cleanliness testing.
The pipeline of the seed air purifier (seed blower) is made of organic glass material, with a baseFull metal electrostatic spray coating, sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing in appearance. The whole machine has a small size, low noise, excellent performance, simple operation, and stability.The instrument has functions such as continuous adjustment and timing of wind force, and is suitable for light seeds such as vegetables and flowers, as well as seeds with larger and heavier particles such as grain and corn. 3、 Working principle
Seed purity refers to the percentage of normal particle weight (including impurities other than seed particles) in a certain amount of seeds. Seeds with a purity of 100% have no impurities. The calculation method for cleanliness is as follows:
Seed purity=(total seed weight - impurity weight/total seed weight) × 100%
The sample to be tested is placed in a material cup with precision mesh at the bottom. The bottom fan will transport the wind through the mesh to the vertical wind selection duct, so that the sample will be divided into two parts: the lightweight impurity part (collected in the top debris cup) and the normal seed part (collected in the material cup). The proportion of the weight of normal seeds to the total weight is the cleanliness of the seed sample.
4、 Usage method
①Please assemble the instrument according to the schematic diagram after unpacking.
②Connect the power supply.
Put the seeds or grains to be tested into the cup, push them into the cup chamber and clamp them tightly. Press the button switch, the indicator light will turn on, and rotate the wind speed adjustment knob to the right (right is the wind speed)
①Gradually increasing; On the contrary, the wind speed decreases accordingly. Choose the appropriate wind speed for the experiment (and also adjust the air damper at the top of the vertical wind selection duct to reduce the wind speed). It is advisable to adjust the wind speed so that the inspected item is fully thrown up by the upward airflow, and impurities are blocked by the upper two layers before entering the debris cup. The timing duration is 10 minutes, and can be set arbitrarily within 0-10 minutes. The timer is set to the "0" position, and the machine will automatically stop after running for 15 seconds. The running time for each rotation of the timer is 2 minutes. For example, when the timer reaches the fifth rotation, the machine will run for 10 minutes. After the timer ends, if you need to restart, you must cut off the power switch and turn it back on, and set the timer to zero.
②After the experiment, the power should be cut off in a timely manner to keep the instrument clean.
①The wind speed adjustment knob should be slowly turned to select the appropriate wind speed for testing.
②After each experiment, it should be cleaned thoroughly.
③The air selection duct of the hair dryer is made of organic glass material. Do not wipe it with corrosive solutions such as alcohol and acetone (if cleaning is required, please wipe it with a soft cloth).
④Do not open the computer case normally to prevent it.
⑤Be careful and cautious during operation to avoid collision damage.
⑥User power sockets should be reliably grounded, and wall mounted sockets should be used as much as possible (with caution when connecting to wiring boards) to prevent issues.
