2、 Core technical features
(1) Accurate and controllable vibration output
The motor adopts an eccentric block adjustment design, which can achieve precise adjustment of vibration frequency (usually 3000rpm, 1500rpm and other conventional industrial frequencies) and amplitude (0.2-5mm range) by adjusting the relative angle or quantity of eccentric blocks, adapting to the processing requirements of different material characteristics (such as particle size, humidity, density). For example, in material screening scenarios, small amplitude high-frequency vibration can be set for fine particle materials, and large amplitude low-frequency vibration can be adjusted for block materials to ensure a balance between screening efficiency and separation effect. At the same time, the motor vibration output has strong stability, and the amplitude deviation can be controlled within ± 5% under rated load, avoiding production process instability caused by vibration fluctuations.
(2) Durability and environmental adaptability design
The motor casing is made of cast iron material and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment (such as electrophoretic coating or galvanizing), which can resist dust, moisture, and slightly corrosive media in industrial workshops, and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as chemical and mining with high dust and humidity; The bearings are selected as high-precision deep groove ball bearings with built-in long-lasting lubricating grease. (1) Material screening and grading

4、 Precautions for use
When installing the motor, it is necessary to ensure a rigid connection with the equipment vibration frame to avoid vibration parameter deviations or increased mechanical noise caused by loose installation;
During operation, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature (not exceeding 95 ℃) and vibration status of the motor bearings. If any abnormalities are found (such as increased noise or unstable amplitude), the machine should be stopped for maintenance in a timely manner;
Choose motors with appropriate protection levels and materials according to the usage environment. For example, choose IP65 protection level motors for humid environments and ATEX certified explosion-proof motors for explosion-proof environments;
