Features: NDUTEC MS SD represents the nozzle concept and can meet various requirements. The system is based on a coaxial nozzle that produces a circular nozzle with a 5 ° spray angle. By using special accessories, almost every application can produce different spray shapes and angles.

INDUTEC MS coaxial nozzle with minimal lubrication technology
INDUTEC MS SD represents the nozzle concept, which can meet various requirements. The system is based on a coaxial nozzle that produces a circular nozzle with a 5 ° spray angle. By using special accessories, almost every application can produce different spray shapes and angles.
Due to its extremely small size, coaxial nozzles only require a small installation space. For inaccessible spray points, flexible accessories can be used for expansion.

This coaxial nozzle operates pneumatically. It is closed by a needle, which is pressed on the spray mouth by a spring. Push the needle backward by controlling the air pressure and release the spray port. The medium is supplied from a separate pressure vessel to the coaxial nozzle. Jet air is supplied through the third pressure pipeline. When the medium leaves the coaxial nozzle, it wraps the medium and bundles it into a precise, directionally stable, and fog free jet.
Almost anything can be sprayed
Thanks to the continuously adjustable pressure, any medium from water mixed cooling lubricants to extremely viscous cutting and stretching oils can be sprayed. The nozzle can be modified with other sealing materials to use corrosive media.
Even the smallest quantity can still be precisely controlled
According to the application situation, appropriate modifications must be made to adapt the corresponding coaxial nozzle to special requirements. The following overview allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the reasonable combination of various parts in possible application areas.
By using a special SID internal nozzle plugin for conversion, the flow rate of the material can be changed. The spray shape and spray angle can be changed by using different caps.
The theoretically calculated spray angle is approximate. The interaction between the medium and the jet air pressure is always decisive, but an appropriate ratio must always be maintained between the two. Therefore, in order to determine accurate values, on-site testing is absolutely necessary.
