Components of positive pressure air respirator

The self contained breathing apparatus is a self contained open fire fighting air respirator, which is mainly applicable to fire fighting, chemical industry, ships, petroleum, smelting, factories and mines, laboratories, etc., so that firefighters or rescue workers can safely carry out fire fighting, rescue and rescue work in a harsh environment full of smoke, toxic gas, steam or oxygen deficiency.
As shown in the figure, the RHZK6.8/30 positive pressure air respirator consists of 12 components. The characteristics of each component are introduced as follows:
Positive pressure air respirator
1. Face mask: It is a large field of view window with polycarbonate lenses that have high transparency, strong wear resistance, and anti fog function. The mesh hood is comfortable and convenient to wear, and the gel is made of silicone, which is non-toxic, odorless, non irritating, and has good air tightness.
2. Gas cylinder: It is an aluminum inner carbon fiber fully wrapped composite gas cylinder with a working pressure of 30MPa. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, and good safety performance. The cylinder valve has a high-pressure safety protection device.
3. Bottle belt group: The bottle belt card is a fast cam locking mechanism that ensures that the bottle belt is always in a closed loop state. The gas cylinder will not flip over.
4. Shoulder strap: Made of flame-retardant polyester fabric, the shoulder strap adopts a double-sided adjustable structure, allowing the weight to fall on the waist and hips, reducing the pressure of the shoulder strap on the chest, and making breathing smooth. And there is a wide elastic pad on the shoulder strap to reduce pressure on the shoulders.
5. Alarm whistle: placed on the chest, the alarm sound is easy to distinguish, small in size and light in weight.
6. Pressure gauge: large dial, with night vision function, equipped with rubber protective cover.
7. Gas cylinder valve: equipped with high-pressure safety device and small opening torque.
8. Pressure reducer: small volume, large flow rate, stable output pressure.
9. Backpack: The design of the backpack conforms to ergonomic principles and is injection molded from carbon fiber composite materials. It has flame retardant and anti-static functions, is lightweight and sturdy, and is lined with elastic pads on the inside of the backpack to provide comfort for the wearer.
10. Belt set: buckle lock, easy to adjust.
11. Quick connector: compact, one handed operation, with locking and anti loosening function.
12. Supply valve: simple structure, strong functionality, large output flow, with bypass output, small volume.
