Wearing method of positive pressure fire-fighting air respirator:
① Preparation before use
1. Before wearing, first turn on the gas cylinder switch. As the pressure in the pipeline and pressure reducer system increases, a brief alarm sound will be heard. After opening the gas cylinder, check the storage pressure of the air, which is generally between 28-30MPa.
2. Turn off the gas cylinder switch and observe the reading on the pressure gauge. If the pressure drops by no more than 2MPa within 5 minutes, it indicates that the high pressure and airtightness of the gas supply pipe system are intact.
3. After the high-pressure system is airtight, gently press the supply valve diaphragm and observe the change in pressure gauge value. When the gas cylinder pressure drops to 4-6MPa, the alarm whistle will sound and also blow the alarm ventilation pipeline once.
② Wearing method
1. The respirator should be carried behind the human body, with adjustable shoulder straps and waist belts according to the body shape, and should be fitted firmly and comfortably;
2. The lenses of the full face mask should be kept clean and bright regularly. Connect the mask to the restraint valve and place a long neck strap around the neck of the full face mask. Use the front mask to cross over the chest for easy wearing and use;
3. Before use, first turn on the gas cylinder switch, check the pressure of the gas cylinder, make the supply switch switch in the closed state, and then plug in the quick plug;
4. Wear a full face mask and take 2-3 deep breaths to feel comfortable. The performance of the valve components related to comfort must be reliable. When holding the breath, the supply valve should stop supplying gas and check the open or closed status of the supply switch by pressing it with your hand. During normal operation, tighten the straps of the full face mask to ensure good air tightness between the mask and the face. The straps do not need to be tightened too tightly, and the face should feel comfortable. At this time, take a deep breath, switch the switch, and it will automatically turn on to supply the body with an appropriate amount of gas for use;
5. Check if the full face mask fits well and is airtight. The method is to turn off the gas cylinder switch, take several deep breaths, and exhaust the gas inside the mask. The mask should be moved towards the face of the human body to maintain negative pressure inside the mask. If the human body feels difficulty breathing, the mask and breathing valve should have good airtightness; Switch, take deep breaths several times, exhaust the gas in your breath, and move the mask towards your face to maintain negative pressure inside the mask. If you feel difficulty breathing, the mask should have good air tightness with the breathing valve;
Maintenance and upkeep of RHZKF6.8/30 self-contained air respirator:
① Air respirators and their components should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent rubber parts from aging;
② Respirators are required to be kept clean, and instruments should be placed on a clean floor;
③ The air respirator is strictly contaminated with grease;
④ The temperature inside the storage room should be maintained between+5 and+30 ℃;
⑤ Rubber parts that are not in use for a long time should be coated with a layer of wet stone powder.
Precautions for RHZKF6.8/30 self-contained air respirator:
(1) Wear the mask correctly and use it after passing the inspection. The mask must be sealed and there should be no hair or beard between the mask and the skin to ensure its sealing.
(2) The gas supply valve should be firmly adhered to the mask according to the mouth
(3) Pay attention to the alarm signal emitted by the alarm during use, and evacuate the scene immediately upon hearing the alarm signal.
