Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. recently announced that its senior management will undergo changes on March 31 and April 1, 2019, and will nominate a new list of board members for discussion at the 94th ordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on June 27, 2019.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries also announced the appointment of Seiji Izumizawa as the company's President and Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2019, and will continue to serve as its current Strategic Officer.

He has increased Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' revenue from $30 billion to $38 billion, the number of employees from 68000 to 80000, and the number of employees outside Japan to 28000.
