Precautions during transportation of cold and hot shock test chambers

The cold and hot shock test chamber must strictly follow the operating specifications during transportation to prevent equipment damage, ensure safety, and maintain long-term reliability. The following precautions are based on device characteristics and industry practice summary.

Preparation before transportation: Ensure that the equipment is powered off and cooled to room temperature before transportation, close all valves, disassemble vulnerable parts (such as sensors or brackets), and package them properly. Check whether the equipment fixing device (such as the shock absorber pad of the compressor) is firm to avoid component looseness. ‌

Equipment fixation and tilt control: During transportation, the equipment must be placed horizontally with a tilt angle not exceeding 15 degrees to prevent refrigerant oil leakage or compressor damage. Use foam board, sponge and other cushioning materials to wrap the outside of the equipment, focus on protecting the castors, control panels and other parts that are easy to bump, and fix the castors with boards or brackets to avoid displacement. ‌

Environmental and handling requirements: The transportation environment should avoid high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight to prevent insulation material aging or abnormal refrigerant pressure. During transportation, use a forklift or slide rail to move smoothly. It is strictly prohibited to drag or tilt manually to ensure teamwork and avoid severe vibrations. ‌

Post transportation handling: After the equipment arrives at the destination, it should be left to stand for at least 2-4 hours before being powered on to restore refrigerant balance and refrigerant oil distribution. Before powering on, check the phase sequence of the power supply. If the controller does not respond, adjust the three-phase live wire sequence; The grounding resistance and insulation performance need to be tested during operation, and testing can only be carried out after confirming that there are no abnormalities
