The WHD series temperature and humidity controller is an intelligent control device designed specifically for optimizing the internal environment of power equipment. The core consists of three parts: sensors, controllers, and heaters (or fans), which can achieve real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity. This series of products covers four major models: WHD48, WHD72, WHD46, and WHD20R. It supports 1-3 temperature and humidity control channels and is compatible with various installation methods such as embedded and rail mounted. It can also expand auxiliary functions such as RS485 communication, alarm output, and transmission output. Its working principle is: the sensor collects real-time environmental temperature and humidity data, and the controller analyzes and processes it. When the value reaches the preset threshold, the heater or fan automatically starts to perform heating, cooling, and dehumidification operations. After the value returns to the normal range, it automatically stops without manual intervention throughout the process. At the same time, it has functions such as fault alarm and forced regulation, fully ensuring the stability of the equipment environment.

Accurate monitoring and efficient regulationThe temperature measurement accuracy reaches ± 1 ℃, the humidity accuracy is ± 5% RH, and it can accurately capture environmental changes; Preset default control logic (such as ≤ 5 ℃ heating, ≥ 85% RH dehumidification,>40 ℃ air blowing), with flexible adjustment of hysteresis to avoid frequent start stop of equipment and achieve higher regulation efficiency.
Rich models and strong adaptabilityCovering four shapes: 48 square, 72 square, 46 slot, and 20R guide rail, it supports 1-3 temperature and humidity control channels, and auxiliary functions can be selected as needed (communication, alarm, and transmission can be selected or combined), adapting to the installation space and functional requirements of different power equipment.

Easy to operate, efficient operation and maintenanceEquipped with clear panel display and buttons, supporting on-site parameter programming settings, automatically returning to measurement status after 1 minute of no operation; Supporting MODBUS (RTU) communication protocol, data can be remotely read and parameters can be modified through the upper computer to achieve centralized operation and maintenance management.
Flexible installation and standardized wiringSupports embedded hole installation and DIN35mm rail installation. The sensor and controller are connected using four core shielded wires, with a maximum distance of 20 meters. The communication cable shielding layer is grounded to effectively reduce interference.
