With the increasing proportion of industrial electronics and new energy grid integration, power quality problems such as harmonics, voltage transients, imbalances, and flicker in the power grid are becoming increasingly prominent. The APView500 power quality online monitoring device is a monitoring device developed by Ankerui based on a multi-core heterogeneous hardware platform. It strictly follows the IEC 61000-4-30 standard and the national standard A-level requirements, and is suitable for power supply systems with voltage levels of 110kV and below. The product is centered around "full parameter monitoring+intelligent analysis+flexible interconnection" and supports dual circuit simultaneous monitoring. It can comprehensively capture key indicators such as voltage/current effective value, harmonics, interharmonics, transient/transient, and imbalance. With functions such as event recording, disturbance source localization, and PQDIF data export, it provides full process data support for power quality control, fault tracing, and energy consumption optimization. It is an ideal monitoring choice for scenarios such as power grid operation and maintenance, industrial production, and commercial buildings.
1. Full parameter coverage,comprehensivemonitoring
It covers all types of power quality indicators, including steady-state (harmonics, unbalance, voltage/frequency deviation, flicker), transient (voltage rise/fall/interruption), transient (voltage/current transient, impulse current), etc. It also supports the analysis of derived parameters such as fundamental phase angle, vector diagram, peak factor, K factor, etc., and hidden dangers are exposed.
2. Intelligent analysis, efficient disturbance tracing
Equipped with temporary rise/fall source positioning function, the disturbance is determined to come from the line side or bus side through equivalent impedance method, and disputes over power supply and consumption responsibilities are resolved; Support ITIC/SEMI F47 tolerance curve analysis to adapt to the needs of industries such as IT and semiconductor; Event triggered waveform recording (including pre - and post cycle waveforms), manual/timed/upper computer triggered waveform recording, data can be exported in PQDIF format for subsequent analysis.

Equipped with 4-channel Ethernet (3-channel communication+1-channel maintenance), 2-channel RS485, supporting Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC61850 MMS protocols, compatible with EMS/BAS systems; GPS/IRIG-B/SNTP synchronization with an absolute accuracy of ± 1ms ensures data synchronization across multiple devices; Built in Web Server, supports remote viewing of data and parameter settings through a browser, and is easy to operate.
