The tubular electric heater is composed of a metal tube, spiral resistance wire, and electrical grade magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation, as well as terminals. It is suitable for heating air, oil, water, chemical media, hot pressing molds, melting salts, alkalis, and low melting point alloys. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, long service life, high mechanical strength, easy installation, safety and reliability.

Precautions for using tubular electric heaters:

1. The dimension "B" in the external dimension diagram must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning out the components. The heated oil should be non corrosive.

2. The working liquid level of the tubular electric heater must be below the fastener and above the dimension line "B".

3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced and then increased to the rated voltage after melting. To prevent heat concentration from reducing the lifespan of components.

4. When carbon deposits are found on the surface of the pipe, they must be removed completely before use to avoid reducing efficiency and even burning out components.

5. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megaohm due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at around 200 ℃ for several hours to restore the insulation resistance.
