Due to the low thermal conductivity of the air, this part generates too much heat, and the heat exposed to the air cannot be quickly dissipated, resulting in overheating of the heating element and ultimately damage to the heater; At the same time, the surface temperature of the aluminum liquid is too high, which increases the oxidation of the aluminum liquid. Another method is to install horizontally, placing the heating part of the heater at the bottom of the aluminum liquid. However, this method requires sealing the heater with the container containing the aluminum liquid. Due to the complex sealing structure and poor reliability, there is a risk of aluminum leakage, and installation and replacement are inconvenient, which poses a safety hazard.
