Product Name Heparin sodium anticoagulant for bovine blood

Product Specifications 100ml

Storage conditions 2-8℃ refrigeration

Validity period 1 month

Product Introduction

Sodium heparin anticoagulant bovine blood is often used in microbiology research for blood plate preparation, bacterial culture and other research experiments, because sodium heparin can have anticoagulant effects, prevent blood coagulation, thus keeping the blood active and conducting relevant experiments for a certain period of time.

Heparin sodium is a bioactive substance with multiple biological functions, including anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant, and other effects. Heparin sodium can effectively prevent blood clotting in anticoagulated bovine blood, keeping cells and other components in the blood active, thus facilitating various experiments and studies.Heparin sodium anticoagulants have a wide range of applications in bovine blood, including preparation of blood plates, bacterial culture, cell culture, and other experiments. In microbiology research, heparin sodium anticoagulant bovine blood is often used as a culture medium for blood plate preparation to promote microbial growth and reproduction. At the same time, it can also serve as a serum substitute in cell culture, providing necessary nutrients and growth factors to cells, promoting cell growth and differentiation.

When making a blood plate, adding bovine blood to the already melted culture medium and then adding an appropriate amount of sodium heparin can prevent blood clotting, maintain the activity of microorganisms in the blood, and better facilitate bacterial culture and isolation.

This product is only for scientific research experiments and is not intended for any other purposes!

production process

1Cattle blood collection: Collect an appropriate amount of blood from healthy cattle and perform aseptic procedures to avoid blood contamination.

2Anticoagulant addition: Add an appropriate amount of heparin sodium to the melted culture medium and stir evenly.

3Cow blood addition: Add the collected cow blood to the culture medium and stir evenly.

4Tablet making: Pour the mixed blood and culture medium into a preheated and constant temperature culture dish, shake evenly, and make the surface of the culture medium flat.

5Cultivation: Place the petri dish in a constant temperature incubator for cultivation and observe the growth of bacteria.

Precautions

1Storage: Heparin sodium anticoagulant can be used in bovine bloodStore in an environment of 2-8 ℃ and do not store in a freezer.

2Usage time: Heparin sodium anticoagulant bovine blood should be observed for its usage period and effectiveness before use. Expired or spoiled blood should not be used.

3Usage: When using heparin sodium to anticoagulate bovine blood, the dosage should be added according to the experimental requirements, and the dosage should not be increased or decreased arbitrarily.

4Waste liquid treatment: Used waste liquid should be treated harmlessly and cannot be discharged or pollute the environment at will.
