1. Introduction to ashing furnace (muffle furnace)

Definition and Application: The ashing furnace (muffle furnace) is a universal heating device widely used in laboratory sample ashing, elemental analysis, and other fields. 3. Operation steps and precautions

Preparation before startup: Check whether the equipment is intact and whether the accessories are complete; Ensure stable power supply voltage and good grounding.

Operation steps:

Turn on the power switch and set the desired operating temperature.

After waiting for the furnace temperature to rise to the set value, place the sample for ashing treatment.

After ashing is completed, turn off the power and wait for the furnace to cool naturally before taking out the sample.

Notes:

The furnace temperature setting shall not exceed the maximum rated temperature of the equipment.

When installing the sample, the power must be cut off to prevent electric shock.

Do not pour any liquid or molten metal into the furnace.
