Product features of BL-FRC series thermal flow switch

The FRC series thermal flow switch is designed using the principle of thermal diffusion. Thermal diffusion technology is a technology that performs well and has high reliability under harsh conditions. Its typical sensing element includes two thermistors. When these two thermistors are placed in a fluid, one is heated and the other is used to sense the process temperature.

The temperature difference between two thermistors is related to the process flow rate and the properties of the process medium. When the heating power is constant, the temperature difference between the two thermistors is a function of the mass flow rate. The circuit module can detect fluid flow by detecting the temperature difference between two thermal resistors, output a 4-20mA signal or control relay action, and use LED lights to indicate the current flow rate.
