Capacitive level switch is a new type ofLevel instrumentDue to the use of "one click calibration" technology, the long-standing problem of calibration and locking in the use of capacitor level limit switches has been solved.

Product Introduction:

It can control the material level and liquid level of bulk, granular, powder, and liquid material silos, or provide upper and lower limit alarms. It is suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, high dust, and ultrafine particles; Widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light industry, coal, cement, grain and other industries.

Working Principle:

It uses the probe (sensing electrode) of the switch and the bucket wall (grounding electrode) as the two plates of the capacitor. When the medium between the two plates of the capacitor changes, its capacitance value will also change. The analysis and processing unit of the level switch * detects the magnitude of this change. When the change value reaches the set value of the switch, the switch signal output is converted for control use, reflecting the height of the measured medium or material interface.
