Installation and maintenance specifications for MHYVR underground flame retardant monitoring line
Date: 2025-12-08Read: 25
MHYVR underground flame retardant monitoring line is a flame retardant monitoring cable designed specifically for mobile signal transmission in underground mines, belonging to the category of mining communication flexible cables. This cable is the 'neural network' of the mine safety monitoring system, mainly responsible for transmitting monitoring data such as gas concentration, roof pressure, water temperature and level, which directly affects the timeliness and accuracy of underground safety warning.
Core application scenarios
Mobile monitoring device connection: such as the signal transmission of gas sensors and roof displacement monitoring instruments in the excavation face, which can be flexibly dragged and dropped with the equipment without affecting the signal quality;
Temporary monitoring point wiring: Water temperature and toxic gas monitoring lines temporarily set up during underground emergency rescue and disaster relief can be quickly laid and recovered;
Small device communication: Short distance data transmission for mining inspection robots and mobile dispatch stations, adapted to the frequent start stop characteristics of equipment.
Installation and maintenance specifications
(1) Key points of installation operation
Wiring specification: The distance between power cables should be ≥ 30cm to avoid electromagnetic interference; The bending radius shall not be less than 5 times the outer diameter of the cable, and excessive stretching is strictly prohibited (stretching amount ≤ 1% of the cable length);
Connection processing: Use a mining explosion-proof junction box, and seal the joints with heat shrink tubing to ensure waterproofing and moisture resistance. The underwater monitoring point joints need to be wrapped with an additional 3 layers of waterproof tape;
Protective measures: Galvanized steel pipes should be used for protection at tunnel intersections and equipment compaction areas, with both ends of the steel pipes exceeding the danger zone by at least 1 meter.
(2) Daily maintenance and troubleshooting
Regular inspection: Inspect the protective sheath weekly for any damage or aging (such as cracks or discoloration), and replace it immediately if any problems are found;
Performance testing: Measure the insulation resistance with a megohmmeter every month. If the value is below 100M Ω, check for moisture or damage points;
Fault location: When the signal is interrupted, the fault point can be located through segmented testing. First, check the joint, and then troubleshoot the frequently dragged bent section.
