MHYVP mining wellbore signal cable is a type of signal transmission cable specifically designed for coal mine shafts (vertical and inclined shafts). It has characteristics such as tensile strength, anti-interference, and flame retardancy, and is suitable for communication, monitoring, and signal transmission in mining environments.
Precautions for use
(1) Installation requirements
Avoid mechanical damage: When laying, prevent the cable from being scratched by sharp objects, especially in the wellbore.
Bending radius: The minimum bending radius is ≥ 10 times the outer diameter of the cable to prevent the shielding layer from breaking.
Fixed method: Special cable clamps should be used inside the wellbore to prevent tensile deformation caused by self weight.
(2) Shielding layer grounding
It must be grounded at one end (usually on the control cabinet side) to avoid the formation of ground loop interference.
Grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω to ensure good anti-interference performance.
(3) Environmental adaptability
Moisture resistance: Suitable for damp underground environments, but waterproof treatment is required at the joints.
Corrosion resistance: PVC sheath can resist general mine chemical corrosion, but additional protection is required in strong acid/alkali environments.
(4) Maintenance inspection
Regularly check the insulation resistance (≥ 100M Ω· km) and the continuity of the shielding layer.
When the sheath is found to be damaged or the shielding layer is broken, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
