  Stainless steel electric heaterThere is an important parameter to maintain the balance of power, length, and cross-section. When the resistivity is too high, this parameter will also increase after the power is turned on. So low-power appliances need to choose resistance wires with small cross-sections to pass small currents. Anyway, it's the same. From this, it can be seen that the length, width, and rated power of those resistance wires are precisely calculated, rather than randomly designed and produced. The temperature regulation of the resistance wire is achieved by adjusting the voltage and resistance. When adjusting the resistance, we should note that the longer the length of the heating wire, the greater its resistance and the lower the temperature.

When the electric heating wire is used for too long, one issue that must be taken seriously is the oxidation problem of the electric heating wire. To solve the oxidation of electric heating wires, it is necessary to isolate them from air as much as possible. Metal substances tightly wrapped around the surface of an electric heating wire can achieve the purpose of anti-oxidation. And this structure can also achieve the purpose of insulation.

Stainless steel electric heaters are widely used equipment in air separation equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, and metallurgical industry. They are mainly divided into two categories: electric heaters and steam heaters. In air separation equipment, electric energy or steam condensation heat energy is mainly used to heat the nitrogen gas. When the nitrogen gas is heated to a certain temperature, it can be used for the regeneration of molecular sieve systems.
Traditional air separation equipment mainly relies on electric heaters, but electric heaters require a large amount of electricity. With the increasing shortage of energy and the country's emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction, replacing electric heaters with steam heaters has become an inevitable trend in the investment of air separation equipment in places with steam conditions.
