7-inch large touch screen for battery discharge tester: intelligent Chinese and English menu, single person touch screen operation, automatic measurement throughout the process, easy to use;

Integrated design: The testing instrument host adopts an integrated design of monitoring and power parts, and uses a new special low heat and high-efficiency load material control technology to ensure high constant current accuracy and long service life;

Product Features

Wide voltage testing range: covering the voltage range of 2V-120V for battery pack discharge testing, with a maximum discharge current of 200A;

Two discharge testing modes: constant current and constant power;

Four discharge termination conditions can be set: ① termination condition for the entire set of voltage; ② Termination conditions for individual voltage; ③ Termination conditions for discharge time; ④ Termination conditions for discharge capacity. The ongoing testing process can also be manually terminated as needed;

Multiple cell voltage shutdown thresholds can be set: Multiple batteries can be set to alarm or terminate when they reach the set termination voltage, and multiple lagging single cells can be detected during a continuous uninterrupted discharge test;

Automatic discharge current calculation function: Built in hourly rate discharge coefficient, which can automatically calculate the required discharge current based on the nominal capacity and required discharge rate of the tested battery;

Online compensation discharge function: During online discharge, the host displays current=battery pack discharge current=host internal false load current+actual load current. As the actual load current changes with the online voltage during online discharge, the host internal false load battery will also automatically adjust to ensure that the battery pack is discharged in a truly constant current manner;

Bar chart and curve analysis and curve comparison function: The instrument can directly perform bar chart and curve analysis and curve comparison on the main tests. The voltage curve can be continuously enlarged and reduced for easy observation. Clear data analysis without the need to upload to a PC;
