The intelligent activation instrument for batteries has a very friendly human-machine interface. It can not only complete various settings and data queries under the prompts of the menu, but also store the discharge process data in the device's memory. Through the data interface, it can be transferred to a USB flash drive and analyzed by the dedicated software of the upper computer to generate the required curves and reports.

This instrument has complete protection functions, not only with sound and light alarms, but also with clear interface prompts.

This tester can serve as a discharge load when the battery is offline, and achieve constant current discharge of the set value by continuously regulating the discharge current. When discharging, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable and continuous process real-time data when the terminal voltage of the battery pack or the individual voltage drops to the set lower limit value, or the set discharge time is reached, or the set discharge capacity is reached.

Automatic protection function, set the charging and discharging time to, charging and discharging capacity to, battery voltage below the set protection voltage, abnormal load connection, etc., automatically stop discharging and alarm, and automatically record the shutdown mode.

Multiple termination conditions for charging and discharging, including battery pack termination voltage, discharge capacity, and discharge time, ensure the safety of discharge testing.

Up to 10 automatic discharge charge cycles can be set

Due to the complexity of electrochemical reactions in batteries, as well as differences in materials, structures, manufacturing processes, and usage environments, there are significant differences in the characteristics of batteries produced by different manufacturers. Even batteries produced by the same manufacturer may have some variability in their individual characteristics. So far, there is no simple and effective method in the world that can quickly and accurately determine battery performance. The detection and failure prediction of battery performance remains a complex electrochemical measurement challenge.
