The 702 microcomputer relay protection tester uses a high-performance digital control processor as the control microcomputer, and applies a dual precision algorithm on the software to generate high-precision waveforms of any phase. By using a high-speed high-level D/A converter, the accuracy and linearity of current and voltage across the entire range are ensured. The current and voltage of each phase do not use current and voltage boosters, but adopt direct output mode, so that the current and voltage sources can directly output waveforms from DC to various frequency components, such as square waves, combined waveforms of various harmonics, fault transient waveforms, etc., which can simulate the current and voltage characteristics of various short-circuit faults well.
This three-phase microcomputer relay protection tester has standard four phase voltage and three-phase current outputs, making it easy to conduct various types of protection tests. The single machine is operated by a convenient and flexible rotating mouse through a large LCD screen, with all Chinese displayed. It can complete most of the on-site testing and calibration work, and can calibrate various relays and microcomputer protections. Ready to use upon startup, easy and fast to operate.
Main Features
1. Standard 3-phase current and 4-phase voltage output: With 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, it can easily perform various combination outputs for various types of protection tests. Each phase voltage can output 120V, and the three-phase current can output 120A. The fourth phase voltage Ux is a multifunctional voltage item that can be set to 4 types of 3U0 or detect the synchronous voltage, or output any voltage value.
2. Easy single machine operation: The single machine is operated by a convenient and flexible rotating mouse through a large LCD screen, all displayed in Chinese. It can complete most of the on-site testing and verification work, verify various relays and microcomputer protections, and simulate complex instantaneous and conversion faults for whole group testing. Dual operation mode, connected to a computer for operation: Through the full set of Chinese operating software on the Windows platform, various large-scale, complex, and highly automated verification tasks can be performed. 5. Rich switch contacts: The relay protection tester has 7 contact inputs and 2 pairs of empty contact outputs. The input contacts are compatible with empty contacts and 0-250V potential contacts, and can be intelligently and automatically recognized. The input and output contacts can be expanded according to user needs.
6. Large screen LCD display: This machine adopts a 320 × 240 dot matrix large screen high-resolution graphic LCD display. All operation processes are set on the display screen, and the operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, with intuitive and clear display.
