Rubber insulated gloves must be worn during operation, and rubber insulated pads must be placed under the seat and feetOnly when the test light is turned off and there is no high voltage output, can the test sample be connected or disassembled!

1. Connecting the tested object is to confirm that the voltmeter indicates' 0 ', the test light goes out, and the ground wire is connected properly.

2. Set the required value for the test voltage.

3. Set the required value for leakage current testing.

A) Press the 'preset' button.

B) Select the desired current range gear

C) Adjust the required leakage current value.

4. Manual testing

A) Set the timer to the 'manual' position, press the 'start' button, the test light will turn on, and turn the voltage adjustment knob to the desired indicator value. B) After the test is completed, adjust the voltage to the initial position and press the 'reset' button to cut off the voltage output. The test light will turn off, and the tested object is considered qualified at this time.

C) If the measured object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the measuring instrument will automatically cut off the output voltage, and the buzzer will sound an alarm. The over leakage indicator light will be on. At this time, the measured object is considered unqualified. Press the 'Reset' button to clear the alarm sound.

5. Scheduled testing

A) Set the timer to the 'timer' position, dial the time preset dial, and set the required testing time.

B) Press the 'Start' button to adjust the voltage to the desired test value.

C) At this time, the test voltage is cut off and the tested object is considered qualified. If the tested object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the over leakage light will turn on and the buzzer will sound an alarm before the timing time. The tested object is considered unqualified.

1. The operator must wear insulated rubber gloves and place rubber pads under their feet to prevent high voltage electric shock from causing life-threatening situations

When connecting or disassembling the tested object, it is necessary to ensure that the high voltage output '0' is in the 'reset' state

3. During testing, the grounding terminal of the instrument should be reliably connected to the tested object, and an open circuit is strictly prohibited

4. Do not short-circuit the output ground wire with the AC power line to avoid the shell being charged and causing danger

5. Try to avoid short circuits between high voltage output and ground as much as possible to prevent accidents

6. Test lights and over leakage lights must be replaced immediately once damaged to avoid misjudgment

7. When troubleshooting, the power must be cut offkarmaTechnicians carry out repairs

To avoid accidental electric shock, please wear rubber insulated gloves when operating this instrument

When adjusting the high voltage of the instrument without load, the leakage current indicator head has a starting current, which is normal and does not affect the testing accuracy

10. The instrument should be kept away from direct sunlight and should not be used or stored in high temperature, humid, or dusty environments

After one year of use, the instrument must be sent to the metrology department or returned to the factory for verification in accordance with the requirements of the national technical supervision department before it can continue to be used.
