Explosion proof axial flow fan, as a device specially designed for flammable and explosive places, its safety, technological content, and wide range of application fields are important driving forces for its development. With the acceleration of industrialization and the increasing demand for safety production, the demand for explosion-proof axial fans will continue to grow. Especially in hazardous industries such as petroleum, chemical, and coal mining, the demand for explosion-proof axial fans is even more urgent.
Maintenance and storage:
1. The usage environment should be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and pipes.
2. It can only operate under normal conditions of the wind turbine, and at the same time, the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.
3. If abnormal noise, severe motor heating, shell electrification, switch tripping, and inability to start are found during the operation of the fan, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. For safety reasons, maintenance during the operation of the fan is not allowed.
4. According to the usage environment conditions, lubricating oil should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to change oil during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the refueling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time.
5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored outdoors, rain protection measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.
Special precautions:
The grounding of the fan casing or motor casing must be reliable;
2. It is prohibited to rotate in the opposite direction, operate beyond the rated current, and operate without phase loss;
3. Maintenance is prohibited during the operation of the fan.
