The shell is made of ZL102 aluminum alloy with a titanium magnesium content of no more than 7.5%, which is die cast. Its insulation mounting plate is integrated with the shell, which is lightweight and has good impact resistance.

The grounding wire contact always maintains contact, safety, and reliability during the connection and opening process of the connector.

Wiring method for plugs and sockets

The wiring form is crimping or welding, with reliable connection, easy disassembly and easy operation.

Thread the cable through the crimping screw, strip off the insulation layer according to the length of the needle (hole), and then weld or crimp it.

After confirming that the cable is welded or crimped correctly, insert the needle (hole) into the insulator.

Confirm that the neutral wire (N) must be inserted into the corresponding N hole in the insulator.

Crimping: Use crimping tools for crimping assembly. The holding force at the crimping point should be no less than 20kgf for 15-30A, no less than 30kgf for 60-100A, and no less than 50kgf for 150-300A.

After the connector is installed, its continuity and wiring should be measured and checked for correctness.
