Product installation:

The explosion-proof sound and light alarm is directly driven by DC24V. If the installation cable length is not enough, an explosion-proof junction box should be used for expansion during installation. The installation location can be chosen near the door or in a place where people often go out and are clearly visible. A height of 1.6-2.2 meters is recommended.

This sound and light alarm can be used in conjunction with gas detectors and alarms with node outputs.

Before wiring, please power off the detector or alarm, connect the black power line (black line: negative terminal) of the sound and light alarm to the negative terminal of the detector or alarm, string the red power line (red line: 24V) of the sound and light alarm into the node output, and connect the other end of the node output to the DC24V terminal of the detector or alarm.

Usage:

1. This sound and light alarm can be used in conjunction with gas detectors and gas alarms with node outputs. 2. Before wiring, please turn off the power of the detector or alarm, connect the two power lines (blue line: negative) of the sound and light alarm to the negative terminal of the detector or alarm, string them into the node output (red line: DC24V), and connect the other end of the node output to the DC24V terminal of the detector or alarm. 2When an alarm occurs on site, please handle it promptly to avoid the sound and light alarm being in continuous operation for a long time and shorten its service life.

3. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle with electricity in flammable and explosive places. Do not damage the explosion-proof surface during installation and keep it clean. The fastening screws of the explosion-proof surface should be tightened evenly, and attention should be paid to not containing wires or other foreign objects on the explosion-proof surface.

4. The control line should be laid separately from the strong electromagnetic field conductor. If it cannot be avoided, the detection bus cable should use armored cable with shielded wire, and ensure that the shielded wire is well grounded. Long term use requires regular testing of the explosion-proof sound and light alarm to ensure its performance is intact. If it fails or is damaged, it should be repaired by professional personnel.
