YesLNG with a pressure of 1.2MPa and a temperature of -162 ℃ in the LNG storage tank is filled into the LNG storage cylinder of the car through pipelines, low-temperature pumps, gas dispensers, etcGas filling device. It mainly includes LNG storage tanks, LNG cryogenic pumps, LNG pressure regulating vaporizers, EAG heaters, LNG dispensers, pry bases, pipeline systems, control systems, and supporting equipment. The entire refueling device consists of a storage tank pry and an LNG refueling pry. Tank pry is based on the storage tank, including LNG low-temperature storage tank, booster and EAG heater, tank pry base and centralized discharge device. The LNG refueling pry includes all process equipment of the refueling device, such as cryogenic pumps, gas sellers, pipe valve systems, etc., as well as primary instruments and display devices for the control part. The storage tank pry and LNG filling pry can be fixed by bolt connection or disassembled and transported separately, which facilitates the transfer of the entire device and is also very convenient for on-site layout.

The main material of the tank pry base is profiles, which are lightweight and rigid, and will not deform during lifting and transportation. The dismantling and filling deviceThe LNG refueling pry adopts a container structure, and the frame structure uses square steel as the main material, with a lightweight structure and strong rigidity. The LNG refueling process unit area of the pry mounted refueling device is designed as a semi enclosed structure, which can prevent rainwater from entering the equipment area and ensure that there is no accumulation of leaked gas in the equipment area, ensuring the safety of the entire device and operators. The control system is designed in the control room of a standard 20 foot container. This station has functions such as unloading, pressure regulation, unloading, and releasing.
