Introduction to AUCOM Soft Starter CSXi Series

compact size

CSXi is a compact and lightweight device, making it suitable for installation in small spaces and a replacement for old starters in existing motor control centers.

Integrated bypass contactor

Integrated bypass contactors simplify installation by reducing the need for selecting and connecting additional equipment. Due to the fact that the contactor is already included in the starter, the overall size of the installation is also smaller. Bypassing the starter during motor operation can also reduce heat, so the starter can usually be installed without additional ventilation.

Basic motor protection

In addition to the benefits of soft start and soft stop, which can improve the service life and efficiency of equipment, CSXi can also protect motors and loads from damage during operation.

CSXi simulates motor temperature to prevent operational overload, and bypass overload protection can protect the starter from severe current spikes. The starter also monitors the time taken for starting. If the motor cannot start within the allowed time, it will trip to prevent load stalling.

CSXi can also prevent fluctuations in power frequency and current, as well as incorrect installation.
