AVI200 Active Isolation Platform - The AVI200 Active Isolation Platform is a compact active isolation system that is ideal for upgrading and integrating into existing equipment that requires low-frequency isolation functionality. The AVI-200 active isolation table allows for the addition of additional modules within a certain size range to support larger instrument loads. By adding options, the low frequency can be extended to 0.5hZ. A single module can support a load of 200kg, and when configured with multiple modules, it can support a load of 200 * Nkg, providing customers with a good vibration environment for precision testing and processing. It is widely used in atomic force microscopy, ultra depth of field microscopy, electron microscopy, micro nano processing, and more.
